heart disease is caused by plaque build up that ruins the arterial cardiac muscle causing multiple sclerosis that leads to the hardening of the coronary arteries. venules may also be affected by the blocking of the veins leading back to the heart through damage to the vessel walls. this is caused by cholesterol build up that blocks usually the inferior vena cava the right atrioventricular valve ( or tricuspid) is frequently damaged causing arterial damage throughout the heart. this makes the use of coronary artery surgery necessary. a coronary surgery consists of removing arteries from the legs ( not veins because veins aren't strong enough) and replacing them with the coronary arteries within the outer heart
