i would definitely include some facts about heart disease. maybe like how many people have it, what causes it, how many people die from it each year/month/week/day/hour, you know, the basics!

The epidemiology, who it affects, symptoms, long term effects, procedures known to imporve the condition, medications known to improve the condition, things an individual can do to prevent the problem or slow the onset of the problem.

Without knowing specifics, (such as what grade level or class this is for, science vs. health class), I'd say include: what is it what causes it risk factors how many people have it what patients can do current advances in medicine

Depends on which level you are working at. A web site I like that has alot of info is 'heartsite.com' General info that might give you ideas on your project. Good luck. Maybe you could even arrange an interview with a doc or practiontioner in a cardiology dept or office.!
