I'm not a doctor but i can say that exercise never hurt no one, but if you're told by the doctor that you shouldn't then u shouldn't. many heart diseases caused by fat that prevent blood from rushing through the veins.. you can lose these fat by burning it with exercise ... everyday would be the best but no one does though

Traditionally, we think of excercise as healthy because it brings down cholesterol, makes you loos weight, etc. Cutting edge cardiovascular research is discovering that even more is going on. See, most heart disease occurs when endothelium (the inner layer of coronary arteries) gets dysfunctional. It gets that way with high cholesterol, diabetes, smoking, etc. But it has been shown that excercise makes the endothelium much more resistant to these changes. So yes, it helps. Useful tip about excercise. It does not need to be structured. Wwalking the steps at work can be as helpful as buying a home gym. The point is to have at least 30 minutes of excercise a day on most days. The excercise should not make you go out of breath completely, but should provide you with exertion. One way to gauge if you are doing enough is your heart rate. It should get 50% of your normal heart rate for at least those 30 minutes. Another is to pay attention to your breathing. You should not be out of breath enough so you can't talk, but you should not be able to sing. The 30 minute of excercise coud be staggered in three 10-minute intervals. DOing more than thirty minutes helps, upto a point. Studies shown that doing more than an hour a day has shown no additional benefit. Hope that helps!
