Get plenty of exercise Don't smoke (quit if you do now) Don't overdrink alcohol Keep your weight down Watch what you eat. Avoid high cholesterol and fatty foods. You should be fine if you can change your lifestyle and adapt to these guidelines. It's not hard. Good luck

There are a lot of different types of heart disease. People who are busy all the time often suffer from high blood pressure and they may risk blockages of the arteries. Emotions of irritability and ongoing anger are danger signs because they make the body work harder and that means more activity in the arteries. when that happens there is more damage to the arterial walls and ongoing repairs are the result, which means more and more material can pile up at damage sites. Resolve issues and get rid of the anger. Issues means there are people causing you problems. The other thing to do is to meditate regularly. Meditation helps bring the body back to rest and that facilitates any 'housework' that the body needs to do such as repairing damaged tissues. Another type of heart problems that are common has to do with the electrical stimulus and the heart muscle's ability to contract properly. If there is anxiety (mixed fear and worry) present then the body will get mixed signals because fear tells the heart to go fast and worry, which requires rest and reflective thinking to solve a problem, tells the heart to go slow. So with anxiety the heart gets signals to go fast and slow at the same time or in an alternating pattern and that affects the heart muscle and the heart's pumping ability. Again resolve the issue. However if you can't then allow the fear without worry. This will stop the anxiety. Anxiety is an indicator that you have hidden enemies and they are hidden because they present themselves as friends in order to get close to you. Toxic people get a kick out of hurting others. It is also done by manipulative, controlling people as a means of gaining power and influence over another person because while the person experiences health problems the manipulative person gets to make all decisions especially in a relationship. This is a virulent new form of domestic violence that is still little known but it affects a large number of women. The person they hurt would dump them if they knew the truth so they appear friendly to lull their victim into a false sense of security and to make them trust them. Meditation is also good here too because it helps the breathing reach a subtle and rhythmic rate and that helps the heart and the lungs.
