Surgery, electric shocks, oxygen supplementation,medication, diet control, weight loss and moderate exercise. Also people need to stop doing dangerous things like smoking and drinking alcohol, and need to learn how to relax. The best thing to do is to have a healthy life so that you can delay or eliminate the possibility of getting heart disease.

There are many types of heart diseases and they require very different treatments. If there's only 1 type of treatment for all heart diseases, life as a doctor is much easier and simpler! If you are referring to coronary heart disease, the way I remember the treatment is: MONASH BAL Morphine Oxygen Nitrate (GTN) Aspirin Streptokinase Heparin Beta blockers Ace Inhibitors Lipid lowering drug (Statin) However, in general: Exercise, eat more vegetables and less fatty & salty food, lose weight if you are overweight, quit smoking, reduce stress at work and in your life
