1. Heart disease is caused by eating processed foods. 2. Inflammation is the real culprit in creating heart disease. When the nanobacteria found in all cooked foods go through the stomach due to a high pH in the stomach, they attack the arteries around the heart by boring into the layers of tissue and calcium from the blood surrounds the bacteria and causes hardening of the arteries. Antacids being given to people in alarming high quantities today are contributing to this high pH issue. 3. Cholesterol is NOT a fat, but is an alcohol. It is a transporter of fatty acids. Fat and water do not mix, but cholesterol can mix with water of the blood and also attach to fatty acids that both cause inflammation and reduce inflammation. It is a natural process for cholesterol to transport fatty acids to a damaged area to generate inflammation to increase blood flow directly to the inflammed area and the to transport fatty acids to carry away the debris and reduce the inflammation. 4. 85% of all the cholesterol in your body is made by the liver and only 15% is from diet. If you do not get the cholesterol in your diet, your body makes more to compensate. 5. There are two types of LDL cholesterol and typical lab tests do not show the differences and so to rely on a typical cholesterol screening that doctors do is ludicrous and not good science. Pattern 1 LDL cholestero is good for the body, but Pattern 2 LDL is the culprit. Only a PCR test can determine this and doctors don't use this because they are told by drug companies it's not necessary. (this is to increase sales of dangerous drugs that damage the body). 6. An increase or decrease in cholesterol readings should be the focus more than the amounts. It is an indication of inflammation in the body and that is the real culprit, not cholesterol. 7. Bad oils, like vegetable oils are being promoted by ignorant people or people with an agenda of profit over health. These oils are made from extracting polyunsaturated oils from seeds, nuts, etc., but they oxidize rapidly and when you buy them in stores, they are rancid. They put deodorizers in these oils to get rid of the stench, but they cause huge inflammation in the body and contribute to heart disease. 8. Statin drugs are dangerous and should never be used for more than a few days at most. They deplete the body's ability to produce the true CoQ-10 that is fully reduced made in the liver. Taking a supplement of CoQ-10 that is not fully reduced as all the ones on the market are made, damages the DNA and this form of CoQ-10 will not help damaged cells and is definitely not good for you to take long term. Statin drugs reduce the cholesterol made in the liver, indescriminately, and allow the arteries to not be repaired properly, leaving the walls of the arteries "thin." This leads to STROKES and stroke is now number 3 killer in the U.S. in part, due to this problem that no one is talking about or telling the public. 9. Drug companies are focused on Profit, not health and so drugs are and have been chosen as the resolution to heart problems, even though heart problems like myocardial myfarction (heart attacks) were first recorded as a problem in 1921 in the U.S. Instead of attacking the real issue, drug companies have drug us through the mire of their inadequacies and agendas to dupe the public into believing what has now become dogma. good luck to you
