Thanks for answering * brian, i thought about it, and sadly that is a correct statement. It seemed racist at first, I guess because I figured to not be a racist we have to blame white people for everything. But if we blame the whites then we are accepting they still control the blacks and that blacks are stilld dependent on whites. I think the word for that would be stewardship.
