Is there a disease from the heart where one is unable to do any sports or even run. Also is there any name of that heart condition where one's hear rate increases because he or she is arguing or feeling something that makes the heart rate increases?

There are many conditions and diseases the will disable one to run or exercise. Heart enlargement, hole in heart, enlarged chambers, clogged coronaries, narrow aorta...and many many more. Heart rate is suppose to increase in argument, it is natural. You should have a physical with a physician and have some early exams for your heart to make sure you don't have any condition
