most heart diseases occur when people are in their 30s or later, although some heart diseases from genetic malfunctions can be seen in younger ages. Teenagers are unlikely to have any heart diseases as they are usually shown at a young age or develop over time into middle age. If you think you may have a heart disease it is best to contact your family doctor or go to the hospital for some testing to make sure your heart, and everything else in your body, is working properly.
