probably not. probably anxiety. BUT you should see the doctor. Heart disease in youth is normally caused by inherited family genes.

Probably not but some diseases can cause chest pain...I suffer from a thyroid disease and high blood pressure and I know that can sometimes cause chest pains so it might be a number of causes for your chest pain...Your should tell an adult and seek professional help if you are experiencing chest pains!

Heart problems at your age are most often inherited. That means in anyone in the last 4 generations of your family had a heart defect, then you are at risk for one too. Basically most people carry the risk of developing the heart defect. Most at your age don't find out unless there is a serious problem.
