Fruits, veggies, whole grains, foods with omega 3 fats... (avocado, nuts such as walnuts & almonds, fish, flax seed oil) Also, very important to avoid saturated fat like the plague (found in animal products)... basically eat whole non processed foods, no lab engineered fats like partially hydrogenated oils (a.k.a. trans fats). Olive oil and canola oil are examples of unsaturated fats and are therefore ok to have. I personally like to start off each day with plain oatmeal, with crushed walnuts, cinnamon, and a little vanilla soy milk. Really good tasting and heart healthy
