And that's not just about dying from heart attacks and strokes. It's about kidney failure and loss of quality of life."

Wow that's an incredible amount! Wonder what percentage just dies of old age. I think i'm good right now, like I swim a lot and that's good for the heart but I hope I don't die that way.
