Chest pains can be caused by anxiety attacks as well. Usually when your heart hurts you don't feel the pain in the middle of your chest like they show it in the movies. It's more to your left side and the most painful point is usually felt on the inner part between your body and left arm. Also, a good sign of heart disease is getting your left arm numb lots of times. If any of these sound familiar, go see a doctor as soon as u can.

Hello, here are some signs of heart disease,if you have them you should def visit the doctor,my mom has heart poblems and is hard to deal with it,is better knowing what you have instead of waiting till is too late.Hope you are fine and get well soon. Cheers. PS: Here is a link where you can find more info. http://www.med.umich.edu/1libr/aha/aha_warning_sha.htm Chest pain (angina) : Angina is pain, tightness, or pressure in your chest. It happens when your heart muscles are not getting enough oxygen. The symptoms of angina may vary from person to person. Shortness of breath: Shortness of breath is the most common symptom of heart failure. Heart failure occurs when the heart muscle is unable to ("fails to") pump enough blood to meet the body's needs. The blood begins to back up because the heart is not pumping well. The veins, tissues, and lungs become congested with fluid. This can make it hard for you to breathe. Swelling (edema) in the legs and feet : Many people have leg swelling from causes other than heart disease. However, the collection of fluid in your legs can be a warning sign of heart problems. This is especially true if you have other symptoms, such as shortness of breath. You may have swelling in your abdomen, too. Tell your health care provider if your legs, ankles, or feet have become swollen. Pain in the legs with walking (claudication) : Pain that occurs in the calf muscles when you walk can be a sign of heart and blood vessel disease. This type of pain happens only with activity and stops a minute or two after you stop the activity. It occurs when your muscles are not getting enough oxygen because of blocked arteries. Blocked leg arteries may mean there are also blockages in the heart (coronary) arteries. High blood pressure and high blood cholesterol: High blood pressure and high blood cholesterol are both warning signs of possible heart problems. You usually cannot tell if you have high blood pressure or high blood cholesterol without measuring your blood pressure or testing your blood.

Confucius says, Never ignore such symptoms, as death comes unexpectedly and swiftly. Confucius ignored the symptoms. He was very lucky an ambulance was near by. It took three zaps of the jolter to revive him. Confucius says, be kind to yourself. See a doctor
