Many factors lead to heart disease, so even if you don't have high blood pressure the risk could still be increased due to another lifestyle or genetic factor.

Yes. Many people who have heart problems also have high blood pressure, but you don't have to have one to have the other. Some risk factors for heart disease include smoking, elevated cholesterol, age, lack of exercise, and high blood pressure.

The term "heart disease" covers a lot of territory. There are many maladies, generally called "heart disease", that can occur. You can have a form of heart disease and not have high blood pressure. In fact just the opposite can be true. You can have some type of heart disease and have LOW blood pressure. There are many types of arrhythmias that can take place, some with little effect on blood pressure. I could go on, but you get the point.

well This is elastic question. What kind of heart disease you mean. Heart diseases are caused by many things and there are many diseases occur without any preceding risks. Avoid risk factors for the coronary&hypertension heart disease which are preventable Normal blood pressure is good for heart and other body organs health. best wishes
