diet rich in fibers and roughage . = fresh fruits and vegetables ,Oats , Psyllium husk , Flax seeds diet rich in mono unsaturated oils = Olive oil , Linseed oil diet rich in Omega oils = Fish ( Salmons ) constituents of plants = Phytosterols ( added as constituents in many multi vitamin supplements ) a handful of nuts a day = a mix of hazel nuts , cashew , almonds and pistachio moderate consumption of ethanol = approx 50ml a day and food which have been baked , boiled , roasted , steamed , grilled and not fried

i think they they have alot of food that u can prevent risk of heart disease the most big one is Omega 3 well this is not a food but best thing to take 1 fish ( really good also make u young ) 2 black beens ( makes heart clam ) 3 cabbage ( makes your heart blood flow good and also good for stomach
