I would look for a bar or graph on the website for the American Heart Association. They have a lot of good information. You could also try WebMD. I have chronic heart disease in the form of congestive heart failure. While my heart disease will never go away, it is very manageable with the right medications, diet and seeing a cardiologist.

Im 27 Male dont smoke 6' tall 177 lbs not active. What are my chances of heart disease.?
No family history of heart problems. Ive had chest discomfort after pleurisy and Im freaked out about it. Its been 4 months. Could be anxiety.

Heart disease is most likely with stress and bad diet, little exercise. Low stress, good diet, regular exercise are the way to go.
