Coronary heart disease or Coronary Artery Disease as it is commonly known is disease of the arteries attached to outside of the heart which become inflamed and blocked to varying degrees, however a total blockage causes a heart attack(myocardial infarction). Coronary artery disease has many causes such as genetics, smoking, high fat diet, high cholesterol diet, sedentary lifestyle, hyperlipidemia and many more The best way to avoid coronary artery disease is to eat a heart healthy diet, don't smoke, get exercise daily, control your weight and if you are an at risk person have regular check-ups.

Blood flow patterns and flow related stresses through the cardiovascular tree contribute to the pathogenesis of a number of disorders and the characterisation of health risks. Complex flows present in arteries are considered to be one of the primary factors involved in the initiation and propagation of atherosclerosis and arterial stenosis. In coronary arteries, where the geometry influences the generation of secondary flows, arterial plaque tends to localise along the inner curvatures of bends and the near sites of bifurcations. Flow patterns present in human arterial systems and the impact of external factors such as smoking and food diet that affect the physiological reactions of the cardiovascular system are thought to play an important role in the initiation and propagation of atherosclerosis and arterial stenosis.. A heart attack (myocardial infarction) occurs when an area of heart muscle dies or is permanently damaged because of an inadequate supply of oxygen to that area. Most heart attacks are caused by a clot that blocks one of the coronary arteries (the blood vessels that bring blood and oxygen to the heart muscle). The clot usually forms in a coronary artery that has been previously narrowed from changes related to atherosclerosis. The atherosclerotic plaque (buildup) inside the arterial wall sometimes cracks, and this triggers the formation of a clot, also called a thrombus. A clot in the coronary artery interrupts the flow of blood and oxygen to the heart muscle, leading to the death of heart cells in that area. The damaged heart muscle loses its ability to contract, and the remaining heart muscle needs to compensate for that weakened area

your gonna die from it.

Well, it CAN be fatal, but there are things that can be done. Unfortunately a heart transplant if probably the most likely solution. Also, by the sound of it, you are pretty young for a heart disease, it's possible that you could get a boost on a waiting list.
3 :
Your mom and dad don't want to tell you because they love you and don't want you to worry because terminal heart disease is a serious illness. Your mom and dad probably told the doctor not to tell you. I will pray for you that you get well.
4 :
Its too hard to say since I dont know what your diagnosis is. My advice is to sit your parents down and ask them to tell you. It probably is serious, but don't worry, there are treatment options for every kind of heart problem. Best of luck!!

Terminal = end. As in you will meet your maker.
6 :
It means its fatal, and unless you like get a heart transplant your going to die in the near future.

To have a terminal disease is that you will eventually die from the disease if you do not have any interventions/surgeries. Here's the thing though. I also have heart disease that is considered terminal although I plan on living a happy healthy life well into my 70s or 80s. I have had four heart surgeries and right now my doctors say I won't need another surgery until I am 40 (I am 19 right now). When I am 40 I will have another surgery, possibly a transplant and that could extend my life for about another 10 years and then I could either have more transplants or a mechanical heart. The thing is there are so many new surgeries and technologies that heart disease that could be termed terminal may not be terminal. I suggest you talk to your parents. I regret that you had to come ask people on yahoo answers for that type of information as I am sure it will be very scary for you to learn this way. If you need support there are two wonderful net communities. www.cchaforlife.orh (Canada) and www.achaheart.com (US) they will have even more people with these types of problems
