High cholesterol is not the cause of heart disease. This is old info. Different things can cause high blood pressure. There are many causes of heart disease. You can google and get a lot of info.on these subjects.
5 :
high cholesterol level causes thickening of arteries atherosclerosis so blood pressure increases it leads to heart disease.
6 :
that may be due to heart attack
7 :
The main cause of heart attack is inflammation .high cholesterol is a symptom not the cause .Omega3 found in fish oil walnuts and flax seed oil are high in... can help prevent inflammation . Omega6 oils and dehydrogenated oil increase the chance for heart disease. As little as 3% of your daily fat is dehydrogenated fats can increase your chance of heart attack by 60%

No there are other things that lead to heart disease. First of all, there are many types of heart disease. Heart disease can be related to blockages in the arteries that supply the heart (coronary artery disease (CAD)/ischemic heart disease), abnormal heart rhythms, structural abnormalities of the heart (leaky heart valves, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, etc.) and many others. Blockages in the arteries that supply the heart (CAD) leading to heart attacks are the most common type of heart disease. Risk factors for coronary artery disease include advanced age, family history, obesity, diabetes, smoking, high LDL "bad" cholesterol, low HDL "good" cholesterol and high blood pressure. As you can see there are many other causes or risk factors for heart disease. Also the other types of heart conditions are related to different factors

The human heart has two circuits. One pumps blood into the whole body except the lungs. The other pumps blood just into the lungs. If there is weakness in the circuit that supplies the body, then the heart pumps harder to compensate and then the lungs get over pressurized with too much blood. That is called pulmonary hypertension. The lungs then tend to get filled with fluid and breathing is impaired. There are other heart diseases that affect breathing, but pulmonary hypertension is the most direct problem the heart can cause.

This sounds like Precordial Catch Syndrome. And its not dangerous if its PCS. If you are still worried, do look for a doctor! However, stay optimistic and don't be too stress!!! Cheers!!
