Talk to an attorney who specializes in trusts. They have the expertise to help you set it up and keep it steered in the right direction. Don't try to do it on your own; those can be rough seas and you don't want to risk losing what you donate to legal problems. You're a generous person. I hope you are showered with God's blessings.

From what I have heard, you need to make a 1M bond with the Securities and Exchange Commission. But before you can move on with such amount, you need to consult a well trusted lawyer. GOD BLESS YOU! You are a real disciple of Christ. You're such a GOOD SAMARITAN. May you be blessed a thousand folds.

Very small coronary artery involvement whcih cause your 'angina' by going into spasm. You're on appropriate nitrates; perhaps consider the addition of Diltiazem, indicated in your type of "Prinzmetal" angina.
2 :
Most of the information known about coronary MVD comes from the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute's WISE study (Women's Ischemia Syndrome Evaluation). The WISE study began in 1996. Its goal was to learn more about how heart disease develops in women. The role of hormones in heart disease has been studied, as well as how to improve the diagnosis of coronary MVD. Further studies are under way to learn more about the disease, how to treat it, and its outcomes. http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/dci/Diseases/cmd/cmd_whatis.html

I am on Ranexa rather than Imdur, and a nitro spray as needed. Imdur lowered my blood pressure excessively. I stay stringently on a low fat diet, with lots of anti-oxidant foods, and rarely have any angina. I warm up slowly for exercise, and can now go an hour at an HR of 140 after warmup. Two of my three majors are 100% blocked with very long blockages, and I have over a dozen other 80% blockages, including the 3rd main artery. Have you done cardiac rehab of any kind

Stress, anxiety, lack of rest and caffeine can cause this. I would recommend getting a check up just to be sure!

It could be stress & anxiety, but you should see a doctor just to make sure

most of the stuff I learned while in a waiting room at the local hospital (just visit their cardiology wing and you'll have brochures at the tips of your fingers). WebMD echos what I learned plus more.

ok I can only tell you of my own experience, firstly my blood pressure started ,fluctuating, up one week down the next, increase dosage of medication, then have the blood tested for highs and lows etc.my problem started with low platelets, guess what they haven't got a clue how to rectify this problem, head scratching time ,lose weight, try this, mmnn didn`t work well try this, go to another specialist,he detected a murmur, in to hospital , sedation, hit with electric paddles jolted the heart with 240 volts, heart stay`d ok, for 1 day back into fibrillation ,we think you have heart disease ,we will require you to wear a monitor for a couple of days, wired me up,off I go 2 days later they said that I was flat lining ,in other words your heart stops for 4-5 seconds ,back into hospital,sedated,15mins.later a $22.000 pacemaker is inserted, feeling really great , another specialist during battery ,tuning, calibration, detected another problem angiogram performed and the heart was crossed, from one auricle,to the other ,prognosis ,the blood is pooling ,and not emptying properly, well we will replace the aorta valve ,and the mitral valve with pigs valves that should work. so its a on going saga ,fun isn`t it. so thats heart disease

=| what the hell..
3 :
dude what the hell is wrong with you!! why do you want to die? you have a whole lifetime ahead of you!
4 :
You need to get your head examined. Wanting a potentially fatal disease is not normal behavior - or thinking. I think you have other problems (mental)
5 :
take mine if you want. it's loads of fun! especially the days you are so out of breath you turn blue and can't even get up off the couch without nearly or actually passing out. oh, and the tests are great fun too - especially when handsome doctors are trying to find a vein in which to put a line when most of them have collapsed. or when they have to thread one into your heart through your groin - that one in particular is awesome. or maybe you could take the heart condition of my friend's 1yr old child. i'm sure she'd like that, and you'd enjoy your handsome doctor opening up your chest to do surgery and having to leave it open so everybody can see your heart beating and being attached to half a million different tubes - bypass is the most fun. you are truly a fkn idiot.
6 :
Yeah what is your F ing problem???! First of all you treat it as if it some kind of joke..? I am 40 now and was cut open at 38 for a quadruple bypass you F ing moron kid, ...let me tell you it is NO fun at all. Do all of us a favor and Eat at McDonalds for the next 2 months straight and every bit of food you eat make sure it's all very high in saturated fat and trans fat and fill up on as much as you can. Youre the kind of Idiot that we really dont need on this planet with the rest of us who have a clue...GO AWAY YOU DAMN KID....!!! I hope you do get it someday just so you can think about what you said today and have something to reflect on for the rest of your life...
7 :
you are the stupidest person ever....you want a disease??!!! I've spent 1 hour trying to find out how to make a heart pain go urghhh ur such an idiot just get out of here

Men with MORE testosterone have LESS heart disease , right?
This is what I heard. TESTOSTERONE IS GREAT FOR MAN'S HEALTH !!!!!!!! YES, as far as heart disease TOO. WRONG. More testosterone does NOT increase stress. I am talking natural levels.

As long as we're not talking about steroids.
2 :
It is in many ways but not as far as heart disease goes. Risk factors for heart disease include: * Smoking * High blood pressure (hypertension) * High cholesterol * Diabetes * Family history * Peripheral artery disease * Obesity
3 :
No. More testosterone increases stress that leads to more heart disease

Major risk factors for coronary heart disease in women include cigarette smoking, hypertension, high blood cholesterol, dyslipidemia, diabetes mellitus, obesity, sedentary lifestyle, and poor eating habits. While we can try to live a healthy lifestyle and implement healthy habits, we can see through the death of Ms. Joyner that other factors including genetics and racial differences may play a key role in determining who will be caught by this deadly disease. nfd♥

what are the recommended vitamins and herbs for Ischemic heart disease

what are the recommended vitamins and herbs for Ischemic heart disease?

Co-enzyme Q10, 100-300mg/day Fish oil with 480mg of EPA and 360mg DHA/day Hawthorn, 500-900mg/day Magnesium 500mg/day Vitamin C, ascorbic acid 6,000mg/day According to a study by Dr. Sydney Bush, blocked coronary arteries can be opened by taking 10,000 mg of ascorbic acid/vitamin C a day (divided doses) and 3,000 mg of lysine twice a day. Conventional medicine hates these studies: they'd rather sell you angioplasty or something else that really doesn't work. But they'll experiment on you anyway.

I have no wish to blow my own trumpet, but I have studied cardiology extensively, thenosekows, hasn't and does not know what he is talking about. Best advice is a healthy diet, eat at least 3 portions of oily fish per week, exercise, limit alcohol consumption and stop smoking if you smoke. There is no good evidence to support the rubbish that thenoseknows mentioned. 10,000 mg of ascorbic acid/vitamin C a day (divided doses) and 3,000 mg of lysine twice a day will not open up blocked arteries, there is no reason why it should. If you have arteriosclerosis, you cannot remove the atheroma in your arteries, all you can do is limit further build up. Arteriosclerosis is part of the ageing process, however an unhealthy lifestyle and diet will of course accelerate this process. "Conventional medicine hates these studies: they'd rather sell you angioplasty or something else that really doesn't work. But they'll experiment on you anyway" Angioplasty opens up the blocked artery, improving blood flow to the heart. Please show me an equivalent in Altmed. I would also be interested to know how you actually evaluate this too. What diagnostic testing do you use? MPI? What? I think you are full of BS.
