Some of those could be heart problem symptoms and some not. You have something going on that really needs to be checked out. How is your blood pressure? Is it too low or too high? Do you eat well or are you dieting? Are you under wt?Have you been tested for diabetes? My advise is to make an appt. with your primary MD and after blood tests and urine tests they may want to do a stress test and maybe other tests. Have a full workup to find out what the problems are. Best of luck!

same here, i was diagnosed with stress/anxiety, iron deficiency anemia and then thyroid disease, now i take a very low dose med. and feel better. good luck!

HAVE YOU SEEN A PHYSICIAN FOR THIS? IT MAY BE AN ANXIETY DISORDER RATHER THAN HEART DISEASE.

Excess anxiety can also release fight or flight chemicals, which are hard on arteries, and overtime can lead to blockages. Eat a heart healthy diet, and see a doctor. If they say its nothing, you can still try a cardiac rehab routine to see if you feel better in a few months.
5 :
Eat less animal fat, like cheese, eggs & meat. Don't eat before bed

Cancer and heart disease are prevalent around the world, not just in the United States. Both conditions are linked to the aging process, as most cancer and heart disease cases emerge after age 60. Everyone eventually dies of something, it is inevitable. The great concern is with PREMATURE death from these causes. Persons under age 60 who develop cancer and heart disease are the real issue. Medical costs in the United States are primarily driven by America's chaotic legal and health insurance systems. At least 80% of every dollar spent on health care in America is eventually going to attorneys, litigation settlements, malpractice insurance, patent protection, pharmacy company profits, medical billing services, insurance companies, and ancillary office services. Patients receive very little benefit from the American health care system, it is really just a huge business employing millions of people and making profits for companies
